More specifically, the API's Standards Series No. 3 'Valuation Process Is' November 2025 Release details the requirements of our reporting standards, in conjunction with the General Standards and Asset Standards set out in the IVS 2025 edition.
Depending on the purpose of the valuation, our assessments may also conform with the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (Schedule 7 - Expert Witness Code), Divisions 7.1.4 through to 7.1.6 of the Family Law Rules 2021, applicable Joint Letter of Instructions, and/or the reporting requirements issued by the Office of State Revenue.
